Speaking on imagination

My appreciation to Cathy Ngo for including my speaker profile on Keynoteworthy, a platform that promotes diverse speakers to appear at conferences, events and webinars.

As Keynoteworthy fosters inclusive events where a diversity of voices are heard, I thought I ought tell you a little about my personal story.

Through lived experience, and DNA, I am connected to almost half the world’s population. All those connections forged before I turned age 18, absorbed as a child learns everything.

As a youngster, I took this life for granted.

Not anymore.

Now, I see its value.

The most precious gift this life has granted me is an appreciation for all.

As you already know, imagination is my favourite topic for many reasons, among them that imagination can be a catalyst for positive change.

If you seek a world, as I do, that includes everyone, the first step to achieving that goal is to imagine it. What do you need to do to make it happen, will you need allies along the journey, how can you shift and shape public opinion so your imaginings, your vision, becomes a movement with momentum.

Imagination is the first step needed before we can take action to make change happen. Imagination gifts us the goal, the vision, perhaps, even the drive to influence and shape our future.

My keynote topics include:

  • How to use imagination to enhance happiness and wellbeing

  • How to sustain imagination beyond the start-up phase to create a sustainable business

  • How to call on imagination to create the world you seek

  • How to set free your imagination to spur on innovation and creativity

  • How to establish a culture of ‘imaginative listening’ to encourage the sharing of ideas

  • How to make imagination part of your everyday while advancing professional skills like problem solving and decision making
