ABC Radio features Imagination Session® founder and Griffith University Industry Fellow Dawn Adams

ABC Radio Gold Coast recently invited me on their Breakfast Show with Nicole Dyer to talk all things imagination. In this wonderful chat with Nicole, we discussed my research into imagination and its positive impact on:

  • wellbeing; imagination can reconnect us with laughter, joy, hope and optimism

  • professional skills; imagination can help to develop our capabilities in problem solving, critical thinking, seeing multiple perspectives, future planning and more

  • ideas generation; imagination is, a gateway to innovation.

My role, through Imagination Session®, is to help you reconnect with your imagination to gain its many benefits. And due to its link to laughter and happiness, imagination is a joyous way to grow your brain power and to develop much needed skills in life and in our workplaces.
